If you have forgotten your logon details they can only be reset if you send me a copy of your original purchase receipt, any of the following are suitable:
- The purchase receipt from SagePay (or Protx for earlier purchases)
- The payment receipt from Paypal (if you used Paypal to make the purchase)
If you ask for your logon details to be reset please note that it is a manual process which may not be done immediately. You are advised to check your email spam/junk folder because sometimes that's where my reply ends up.
