Logon help
Everyone who purchases a book is given a username and password. From the 1st January 2010 these details are supplied at the time of purchase.
If you purchased prior to 1st January 2010 then enter your email address in the form below and a username and password will be emailed to you. Alternatively if you still have the original email containing your download link then click that link and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your password then enter your username or your account email address below.
*If you have not updated it then your email will be the email you originally specified when making your book purchase. Logon details will be sent to this email address.
If your email address is no longer valid and you cannot access the mailbox please tell me both the email and your name used when making the purchase and I will manually reset it. Alternatively if you purchased prior to 1st January 2010 and still have the original email containing your download link then click that link and follow the instructions.
Remember to keep your account email up to date within your control panel.
